Paying your dues

Dues are 120.00 annually.  If you have any questions about your balance, please contact Chris Carpenter at bostwoodhoa.treasurer@gmail.com

Concord, NC  28025.

Please make checks and money orders payable to Bostwood Estates HOA.

If you would like to meet in person, please contact me and we will set up a 15 minute appointment.

We accept checks, money orders, and cash.  When paying with either money order or cash, a receipt will be provided.
